| CAN YOU HIRE FROM US? 1) You must have a valid driving licence with no more than 6 points and held for 2 years 2) You must be 23 years and over. Drivers aged 21-23 can hire but must provide additional info in advance of hire Providing the above requirements are met, just call us to book your green van. We take the hire charge over the phone using any debit/credit card |
COLLECTING YOUR VAN 1) You must present 2 current proof of address items. We check these and your drivers licence 2) You complete our hire form. You can download (see top left) print and complete this form prior to arrival. you should also View our hire terms 3) We take a damage and fuel deposit of £200 This is returned, less your fuel bill, when you return the van. |

REMEMBER YOUR I.D INFORMATION - Please bring 2x proof of address items that are current. Your driving licence can be 1 x proof of address if it has the same address as your other current proof you present.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER RULES - We don't charge you for adding an additional driver so that two people can drive the van. However, each driver must complete our hire form to be insured and allowed to drive. This is mandatory. INFORM US OF YOUR NEEDS - We are flexible with times to help you get the best value service. | DRIVING TIPS & VAN CARE
General advice Our vans (like most) have no rear view mirror, but very good side mirrors. The lower section of the mirror is invaluable at spotting cyclists,posts and other obstacles in the blind spots that all vehicles have. Pay great attention to these, and you should remain incident free. Please make sure they are clean each time you set off Allow time Driving a van will be stressful for some, easy for others. They are not nearly as fast as a car, particularly when loaded. Factor in enough time and don't rush, which could lead to mistakes. When booking our vans factor in extra time when considering a half day or full day booking. Van overnight care Please fold the wing mirrors in against the body of the van whenever it is parked on the street, and remove the face off stereo and keep it safe (where fitted). Damage to the wing mirrors (as with the rest of the van) is your responsibility. Please do these things day or night to reduce the chance of accidental damage | |
